APP调用服务微信支付

总结：1、一个微信支付商户号可以对应多个appid的。

            2、在配置按照微信支付接口参数填写。https://pay.weixin.qq.com/wiki/doc/api/jsapi.php?chapter=9_1 

            3、配置Config.cs的时候，appid变了这3个都要变
