    1.set_new_handler机制的运行原理

    2.new的实现以及模拟set_new_handler机制new的内部行为分为三步: 1.内存开辟成功; 2.开辟失败,设置有出错函数,则调用出错处理函数; 3.开辟失败,没有设置出错处理函数,则抛出异常。
