在创建maven工程，对项目整合时，在配置文件中经常会报如下错误：

Multiple annotations found at this line: -schema_reference.4:Failed ro read schema document 'http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans/spring-beans-4.0.xsd',because1)could not find the documentl2) the document could not be read;3)...

此时解决方法：邮件点击工程找到MAVEN，选中中间的update project就行，如果还是报错，可以进入maven的本地仓库，将相应的报错的jar文件夹删掉，然后在eclipse中update project
