ERROR ITMS-90096: "Your binary is not optimized for iPhone 5 - New iPhone apps and app updates submitted must support the 4-inch display on iPhone 5 and must include a launch image referenced in the Info.plist under UILaunchImages with a UILaunchImageSize value set to {320, 568}. Launch images must be PNG files and located at the top-level of your bundle, or provided within each .lproj folder if you localize your launch images. 这个问题这是遇到的第四次了，每次都忘，每次都得查，今天记录一下。
我四次遇到的原因都是因为没有设置好iphone5尺寸的启动图，所以大家遇到这个问题的话，就去看一下自己的启动图是不是设置的正确。
我们的项目是支持ios8以上的设备，我设置启动图的方式是在Assets.xcassets中的LaunchImage中设置的，
下面附上启动图的像素：
Retina HD 5.5 1242 * 2208
Retina HD 4.7 750 * 1334
iphone 5 的2X图是 640 * 1136
