Yes, I am. Many people wait for the work to be given. My current boss is very receptive to new business ideas and creative ways to develop business, so I wrote up a proposal to show how to get into a new line of business. She liked the idea and told me to come up with specific plans to implement the new business. So I did and it was successfully implemented by our unit.
