DefaultRetryPolicy类实现了RetryPolicy的接口,里面有2个变量。mCurrentTimeoutMs和mCurrentRetryCount,分别控制超时时间和异常之后重新retry的次数。
Volley有2个类,一个是HttpClientStack在2.3系统以下用,一个是HurlStack在2.3以上系统用。超时时间就是在里面设置。
